Born and raised in Columbus, OH, Toni has a Bachelor's Degree in business administration from Ohio Dominican University, and a Master of Arts in marketing and communications from Franklin University. Toni has experience in nonprofit executive leadership, as well as corporate and government experience.
Senior Customer Success Manager
Based in New York City, Molly has a B.A. in public health from University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a MPH concentrating in behavioral sciences and health promotion. Molly has experience working with organizations based in health equity and access.
Network Health Manager
Based in Cincinnati, OH, Erik has a B.S. in biomedical engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is a current dual-degree MBA/MPH student at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Erik has experience in consulting, project management, and engineering working with electronic health records and other healthcare technologies at healthcare facilities domestically and internationally.
Community Engagement Manager
Based in Cleveland, OH, Maria is a licensed social worker and has a B.A. in social work from Cleveland State University and a MSSA from Case Western Reserve University. Maria has experience with asset based community development, local and federal government, community based mental health services, Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans, Cleveland Metropolitan School District, program design and affordable housing.
Growth Marketing Manager
Based in Virginia Beach, VA, Keith has a B.S. from Virginia Tech and a M.S. from Old Dominion University. He has experience marketing in industries including retail, finance, and media.
Customer Success Manager
Based in Cleveland, OH, Candice holds a B.S. in Music Education from Tennessee Technological University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Candice has experience in education, technology, and most recently managing projects that support health system collaboration to improve community health and create collective impact.
